ROOM RATES:
Base rate of $189 per room, per night; $5 Georgia State Hospitality fee, and 16.9% for state and local tax. The hotel will honor this rate for three days prior to convention and three days post convention.
There are a limited number of suites for $289 per night.

Check in is at 4:00PM; Check out is at 11:00AM
AMOUNT HELD FOR INCIDENTALS
$100 each day is held for incidentals. Please use a credit card and not a debit card. Money will come out of your account and the bank can take 3-5 days to return it to your account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 48 hours before check-in time to cancel your reservation or a one night, non-refundable fee will be charged to your credit card.
EARLY ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE FEE
If you arrive anytime before 4:00PM (Check-in) and your room is ready, they will give you a key card and allow you to check in. If your room is not ready, they will hold your bags and text you when your room is ready.
