Guests can make their reservations over the phone with one of our reservation agents. The number to our reservations department is 844-821-0028. The reservation office is open 7 days a week from 9:00AM – 5:00PM; after hours reservations department is open 24 hours. ROOM RATES
Single, double (2 queen), and king rates are $179.00 per night plus tax. Room rates will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Rates are available Wednesday, August 2, 2023, through Sunday, August 6, 2023 and 3 days prior to and after the convention, subject to availability. You must make your hotel reservations by July 1, 2023, to receive the Drifter rate. Complimentary self-parking; valet parking extra additional daily charge. Complimentary WIFI and safe in every guest room. Each room has a balcony exit and patio furniture.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests for early arrival based on availability. Upon check-in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy is 146 hours (6 days) prior to arrival. If a guest cancels after this date, a one night cancellation fee will be charged to the card given to hold the reservation. After this date, any modification or cancellation will result in a late cancellation fee of the first night stay. Early departure fees apply.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
If a guest who has requested a room within the room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout day, the hotel will not refund the costs of the room for the nights originally booked. Guests must advise hotel at or before check-in if departure date has changed.
